Sooner Mall Marathon 2025

About this event...
The Sooner Mall Marathon is a free, annual event sponsored by NAMTA in order to give music students the opportunity to perform in a casual setting. It is the appropriate venue for a wide variety of musical styles and performance. Among the most successful types are duet and ensemble pieces, original compositions and popular and rock idioms.
Individual studios have the opportunity to perform all day Saturday, and early afternoon on Sunday. There will be a "Teacher Showcase" Saturday at 10:30am, and a High School Showcase on Sunday at 4:00pm. Participating teachers will be given a specified amount of time for their studios.

HIGH SCHOOL SHOWCASE:
Sunday, February 16, 4:00pm
This event allows teachers to select 1-2 excellent high school students from their studios to be featured in performance at the mall. Memory is required (instrumentalists and ensembles may play with music).
To enter students in the High School Showcase, email their name and piece(s) to Sylvia Ryan.
